INITIAL THOUGHTS & IMPRESSIONS:
It's only fair that I start with this: DO NOT turn this thing on if the light is facing you, unless you want to be blinded by the light - and not like the song! Trust me, this was the first thing I did.
The item came in a package with graphics and product information present. Inside is the product and a USB type-C charge cord.
The item fits into the palm of my hand and does not weigh very much. From looking at it, you would think it was heavier than it is.
On the top of the unit is a carabiner clip that is also a bottle opener. This portion of the product is metal. The clip appears very sturdy, and unlikely to bend or break. Also, the way this portion is attached, there is no risk of the light coming unattached.
The charging port is a USB Type-C port, which I like because the other lights I have are
The magnet and the spot to screw into a tripod are located on the bottom.
If you put this light on a tripod, the light will face outward, but if you fold the lights down, and if the pole is tall enough, the floodlight will cover a good amount of ground.
If you use the magnet, like when fixing a car, you can't really fold the lights out because if you do, they will face the wrong way, unless you angle it in a certain way. However, it still lights up well keeping the sides folded in. Here's a picture to help exaplain:
I have not put the waterproofing claim to the test, but I can say that there is a cover that appears to be watertight over the charging port. However, I do not believe that the entire unit is waterproof, and would not expose this to more than just regular dust and dew. I also assume, that if you have this clipped to you in an average rainstorm, it should be able to withstand it.
I also have not put this item through any drop testing. I mean, it's only rated to be dropped about 5 feet. If it falls into the grass from an average height there should be no problem. If you drop it over 6 ft on concrete, well, you can expect a mixed result.
This light can also function as a portable backup option for photography or background lighting.
The magnet isn't the strongest, but it will grip an uneven surface, hold its own weight, and generally stay where you put it without sliding.
You can always just stand it up on a table too. There are various ways to angle it when it is freestanding. Here's an example:
The COB lights are only about 1-inch squares, but the light they give off is immense. And I really like the way the lights fold out.
The bottle opener is a nice little addition.
Folding the lights out is easy, but they are stiff enough so they will not move from where you've positioned them, and will not come open accidentally once closed.
This light is highly portable, not just versatile in placement. Since it is so small, it can fit in your pocket on your belt, in a first aid kit, glovebox, storm kit, emergency supply bag, etc..
This item seems to keep battery life well while stored. Granted, I have only had this about a month or 2. But, I have used it a handful of times on the charge it came with without recharging. Yet today when I turned it on, it was still charged and at full brightness.
I found that I like it so well, I am planning on ordering another. It also inspired me to buy a multipack of similar smaller lights, that I will compare to this one below.
However, there are a few discrepancies between the listing and packaging specs that should be mentioned. Nothing that's a real deal breaker, but I'll let you decide that for yourselves.
On the package, it says it features flashing red and blue lights but does not. The lights are very bright white only. Pushing the power button will cycle through the different modes, which are: one side, second side, both lights, and flashing lights.
Another discrepancy is that the product packaging states a 1,000mAh battery, whereas the listing says 800mAh. This could mean that the battery is indeed a 1,000mAh battery, but it only operates to the 800mAh capacity.
The last discrepancy I found is that the packaging states a waterproof rating of IPX3, but on the listing, it states non-waterproof.

COMPARISONS:
After receiving this item, I was inspired to purchase some other similar lights. They came as a multipack, and do not fold out. Besides that, they are both COM rechargeable keychain lights, and very comparable.
The reason I purchased a different option, as opposed to just ordering more of this one, was that the others were free if I remember correctly. They might have their own review coming soon.
With this light, it has foldable sides, the competitors do not.
It seems most options have a bottle opener function, a carabiner clip, and a charging port cover. Our item's carabiner is more durable and better made in comparison.
The reviewed item has 2 lights vs. only one. Despite the size of the individual lights being the same, our item has a much stronger light than the competitor.
The magnet on our reviewed item is larger than the other, but seems to work about the same when speaking in terms of strength.
The competitor happens to offer a clip that doubles as a stand, which our item does not. However, the item being reviewed will stand up unassisted whereas the other cannot without the stand.

RECOMMENDED?
This is a very handy item, and I wouldn't mind ordering another one.
Yes, I recommend this product. The size and functionality are superb for the price point.
Keep in mind, that items change price constantly on Temu. If I remember correctly, this item was around 6$ when I purchased it and it has changed price since, and may even be a different price than what I've listed here, depending on the day.
So, if you're ready to grab one of these awesome little lights, I recommend purchasing at a price range of under 10$. If it is listed higher, I would counsel to wait until that drops. (You can do that by putting it in your cart and sitting on it.)
